What we store

• Purchase: your email, the amount and currency, and Stripe identifiers for the payment. Card data goes straight to Stripe and never passes through our servers.
• Activation: a hash of your Mac’s hardware ID (a SHA-256, which doesn’t reveal the ID itself), the Mac’s name, and when it was activated and last seen.
• Trial: the same hash and the trial start and end dates.

What we don’t do

No tracking cookies and no ads on this site. To know how many people visit it, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, without storing your IP and without identifying you. Your language choice is kept only in your browser. The app doesn’t send your code, prompts or terminal output to us.

Who processes the data

• Stripe — payments.
• Cloudflare — hosting, database, downloads and visit counts. Your IP address is used for a short time to prevent abuse (rate limiting).
• Resend — sending license emails.

How long

Purchase data is kept while the license exists and for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete activation and trial data at any time.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (Brazil) and the GDPR (EU), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to license@kettleai.dev.
