Refunds

Not happy with Kettle? Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

1. Email license@kettleai.dev from the address you used to buy (or include it in the message).
2. We refund the full amount through Stripe to your original payment method. It usually shows up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. The license stops working on every Mac the next time the app checks it.

Pix purchases are refunded to the same account that paid.
